Graphic designer, artist and law student Sophie Schultz* is best known for her illustrative work. With a BA in Design (Majoring in graphic design), graduating with First Class Honours, from the University of Melbourne, Sophie spends her in-between studio days, illustrating, photographing, filming, collecting music and studying law.
Sophie’s illustrative work heavily gravitates toward an expressive and abstract focus. With few limits to the application of her creativity, Sophie pushes the boundaries of her graphic knowledge into the realm of film, photography and installation work.
Now, let us shift from the cringe-worthiness of speaking in third person.
I have done all of the above/can say that I have done this and that but the truth is I simply enjoy making, learning and thinking outside the box. I am not sure exactly where I am supposed to be, or in turn: what I’ll become, but I approach each day with interest and love engaging with/learning from others who enjoy what they do and approach with a genuine interest.
So on that note, it is a pleasure to meet you.
